About Me

Who am I?

Meet Anita Zabielski 2004 marks my twenty-eighth anniversary in real estate. People often ask, "how and why you survived that many years?" After all, the average attrition in our industry is 80 percent. Well folks, it's a balancing act that takes a great deal of flexibility. But,flexibility aside, I think I've succeeded because my life - both personal and professional - has become a calendar driven ritual.

My career began when my youngest of four children was 3 years old. Needless to say, I was very, very busy. Sometimes, I still feel like the variety act with the spinning plates. Once the first one is spinning, it's time to add twenty more to the little stick pedestals.

At that time in my life, I was also a music teacher to 27 piano students. I learned early that each appointment was significant, whether it was a softball or baseball game, a swim meet, a listing presentation or showing three or four homes to a prospective client.

Goals are very important to me and always have been, and December is when I start setting them for the next year. I also always have told my children when they dream to dream big. Go for the fantasy, reach for the possibilities, reach for the stars. Enjoy yourself on the journey. That's what makes the process so great.

My Experience, Credentials, Track Record, and Awards

I became affiliated with my company when I began my real estate career over 20 years ago. I worked there for 15 years while living in the Southern Suburbs and while raising my family of four children. I was Associate of the Month while I was there and also was Assistant Manager in one of our branch offices for a few years. I was a multimillion-dollar producer for many of the years I was associated with the company. When I left for the Northwest Suburbs, I received a plaque that reads, "For 15 years of service and shared experiences, we will always value your friendship." I was affiliated with a major franchise real estate company for 12 years. Today I am the Broker/Manager of a company. In my ?spare? time I am also the 2004 State of Illinois Treasurer.

My primary responsibility is to sell homes and to get saleable listings. Clerical work is handled by an assistant, allowing me to focus my undivided attention on selling. Computerized!!!

I work by referral. Most of my business comes from clients, buyers and sellers I have served well. I am never too busy for any of their referrals. Nice buyers and sellers refer other nice buyers and sellers. I always ask my clients if they know someone I could help to buy or sell just like I have helped them. I ask them to call me with their names and numbers so I can provide the same personal, friendly and professional service I have given them.

I also have a client appreciation program for all of my clients. They receive an item of value from me on a monthly basis. It's helped me to say thanks in a special way for their overwhelming support to me.

  • Sales price have averaged 96% of list price.

My Mission Statement

My goal is to run a profitable business through goal setting, planning, and hiring only well qualified personnel. I will always provide top quality service to the public and a total commitment to their goals in the selling and buying of real estate. I am committed to being totally honest and forthwith in advising clients in regards to the pricing and marketability of their property. I know the only way they can achieve their goals and I mine, is by being honest and truthful with them even if it means losing a listing or a sale.

I will maintain a positive attitude and always strive to meet my client's goals. I realize my creativity and the way I run my business is far advanced from that of my competition. I realize I must do things that the average agent will not do to help my clients reach their goals. I use my time each and every day to the fullest potential, always remembering that my clients pay me, and my job is to work diligently to get their home sold or find them a new one. I am committed to this end result.
